How Much Does Branding Cost in Naples, FL?

Two providers serving Naples publish their branding prices. One tops out at $1,850. The other starts at $5,000.

Updated October 2026. Written by Serban Cojocariu, founder and brand strategist at We Lead in Naples, FL. Every price below is one somebody publishes openly, and every national figure links to the page it comes from.

Branding in Naples, FL splits into two published bands. A local designer charges $650 to $1,850 for a logo and light identity package. A full brand identity with strategy and written guidelines is published at $5,000 to $18,000. No published package sits between the two, and what the higher band adds above all is a strategy phase delivered as a written document, not just a conversation at the start.

What does branding actually cost in Naples?

Most agencies in this market will not publish a number. A few do, and their published packages define the local range.

Package What comes with it Published price
Text-based logo Primary mark, revisions, final files $650
Mini brand Primary, secondary and icon logos, defined fonts and colors $1,200
Elevated brand Three logo versions, patterns, printed business cards $1,850
Full brand identity Strategy, logo system, palette, typography, written guidelines, collateral $5,000 to $18,000

What moves a quote inside that top range is stated plainly where it is published: how many logo variations you need, whether strategy is included, how many collateral pieces come out of the new identity, and how detailed the brand guidelines are. One caution: the provider publishing that range is based outside Southwest Florida and sells into it, so treat the figure as a price available here rather than proof of a local rate.

The gap between $1,850 and $5,000 is not better drawing. The smaller packages include a design process too. What the higher band adds is strategy as a deliverable: decisions written down, approved, and handed over.

What does the extra money actually buy?

One threshold matters more than the rest, and locally it is that $1,850 to $5,000 gap.

Below it you buy execution

You arrive knowing who you are and what you want to look like, and someone makes it well. Often the correct purchase.

Above it you buy decisions

Who the business is for, why a customer picks you, how you sound, and a written system that holds after the project ends. The design is downstream of that.

The second kind of project is the one our branding services in Naples are built around, and it is worth knowing what branding actually includes before comparing quotes. What should arrive in the handover is the same question at every price, and we covered it in how to choose a branding agency in Naples.

And what does branding cost everywhere else?

The national picture is broader. 8GNC’s 2026 pricing breakdown publishes it by provider type:

Provider What the price covers Range
Freelance designer Logo and basic identity $500 to $5,000
Boutique studio Identity system: mark, type, color, usage $5,000 to $30,000
Studio engagement Strategy, identity and website together $15,000 to $80,000
National agency Full rebrand with research phases $80,000 to $300,000+

Cult Method describes the same market from the buyer’s side rather than the seller’s, and lands in the same place: $2,000 to $5,000 for solo and micro businesses, $5,000 to $20,000 for startups and small businesses, $20,000 to $90,000 for growth and mid-market companies, $90,000 and up for enterprise.

On the marketplace end the numbers are smaller and far more literal. Fiverr’s own cost guide puts a basic logo, with two or three concepts and two revision rounds delivered in five to seven days, at $75 to $180. A full identity package with logo variations, a palette, typography and application examples runs $500 to $2,010 over two to four weeks. Naming is $150 to $800. A style guide is $180 to $450.

Two or three concepts and two revisions inside a week is not a discovery process. It is a drawing service, priced honestly.

Why do the numbers you find online overshoot this market?

Search this question and you will be told, as 8GNC puts it, that “most small and mid-size businesses pay between $5,000 and $80,000 for professional branding in 2026.”

Treat that carefully. Those ranges come from agencies, and agencies publish ranges describing their own clients.

Compare it with what is published here. The top of the Naples range is $18,000, roughly a quarter of that national ceiling. Three of the four published local packages sit under $2,000.

None of that makes the high numbers dishonest. They answer a question you did not ask. A firm whose smallest engagement is $30,000 calls $30,000 normal, because in its world it is. That world is not Collier County.

What changes the number on a branding quote?

Six things, roughly in order of how much they change it.

1

Whether there is a strategy phase

Discovery, competitor review and a positioning decision you approve in writing. It is the largest line item, and the one most often removed to win a price comparison.

2

Naming

Its own project with its own research. Fiverr prices naming alone at $150 to $800; at agency level it adds considerably more.

3

How many surfaces the brand has to land on

A website and an Instagram profile is a different rollout than wrapped trucks, a showroom, printed samples and a trade booth. Each of those is its own piece of graphic design work.

4

Whether a website is inside the scope

8GNC prices strategy, identity and website together at $15,000 to $80,000, against $5,000 to $30,000 for an identity system alone. The difference is mostly the site.

What the site part costs on its own is broken down in what a website costs in Naples.

5

Seniority

Who actually does the work, as opposed to who pitched it.

6

How much already exists

Usable photography, a clear audience and a name you intend to keep make for a cheaper project than starting from nothing.

What should a Southwest Florida business budget for branding?

Two rules of thumb circulate, and one does not survive contact with this market.

The first, from Cult Method, is that an early-stage business should invest what it can comfortably afford but “no more than $10K.” That holds up fine.

The second, meant for established businesses, is to set aside “2-4% of your annual revenue for the project,” capped at $100K unless the business makes at least $10 million a year. Note what that cap does for a small business: nothing. The percentage applies at any size. Run it on a $2 million Naples remodeler and it says spend $40,000 to $80,000 on brand identity. We would not advise a business of that size and type to do it.

A percentage-of-revenue rule suits consumer brands, where the brand is the product. For a trades business in Collier or Lee County, where work still arrives through referral, Google and reputation, the brand needs to be credible rather than remarkable, and credible costs far less.

A better frame: budget branding against what it unblocks. If a dated identity is why you are losing bids to a competitor who does weaker work, the project can pay for itself on one job. If your identity is fine and nobody can find you, branding is not the purchase. Local search is.

Is there a price that is too cheap?

Yes, and it is easier to locate than the ceiling.

Do the arithmetic with the marketplace’s own published rates. Fiverr’s guide puts specialized brand strategy work at $75 an hour. It also prices a “comprehensive brand strategy” at $600 to $942, including market audits, stakeholder interviews, competitive positioning matrices and an implementation roadmap. At $75 an hour, that is eight to twelve and a half hours of work.

That is not a scam. It is an honest price for those hours. But you cannot run discovery, develop two or three genuinely different directions, build a type and color system and write usage rules inside twelve hours. Something has to come out, and what comes out is almost always the thinking.

The cheapest end is also where template marks tend to live. A logo assembled from stock elements can be sold to many businesses at once, so the one thing a logo must do, be yours, is the thing it cannot.

Cheap is not the same as wrong. A $650 logo from a good designer, for a business that genuinely knows who it is, is a sensible purchase. A $650 brand system is not a thing that exists.

Does a rebrand cost more than a first brand?

Usually, and the reason is rollout rather than design.

8GNC prices the three paths separately: a brand refresh that keeps the existing meaning and equity at $5,000 to $20,000, a repositioning that changes the audience frame or category position at $10,000 to $35,000, and a full rebrand replacing strategy, identity, experience and rollout at $25,000 to $150,000+.

The design work is not harder than for a new brand. What costs money is everything already carrying the old one: signage, vehicles, print, an existing website, packaging, uniforms, and a customer base that has to be walked across without being lost.

Which of those three you need is a separate question, and the answer is often the cheapest of them.

What do we tell people who cannot afford branding yet?

Not every business that wants branding should buy it this quarter, and we say so often.

If you are pre-revenue, or the business model is still moving, a full identity is premature: you would pay to make permanent a decision you have not finished making. Buy a clean, inexpensive mark and put the money into getting customers.

If your identity is inconsistent rather than bad, you may not need a project at all. Pick the version that works, apply it to your website, your Google Business Profile and one social profile, and write down five rules so it stops drifting. That is a free afternoon that beats a lot of paid rebrands.

If you are not sure which describes you, that is what a first conversation is for, with us or anyone else.

Frequently asked questions

Published prices cluster in two places. Logo and light identity packages are published at $650, $1,200 and $1,850. A full brand identity with strategy and written guidelines is published at $5,000 to $18,000. No published package sits between $1,850 and $5,000, and what the higher band adds is strategy delivered as a written document.

For a logo alone, with no strategy or guidelines, published Naples prices run $650 to $1,850 depending on how many versions and files you need. Marketplaces go well below that: Fiverr prices a basic logo with two or three concepts and two revisions at $75 to $180. If the logo has to work on signage and vehicles, pay for a proper vector file set rather than exported images.

Not automatically. Price tracks scope and seniority, not quality. A large project from a firm that skipped positioning is worse value than a smaller one that did the thinking. Compare what is inside each quote, meaning strategy, identity, guidelines and rollout, line by line rather than comparing totals.

Published ranges put a refresh that keeps your existing equity at $5,000 to $20,000, a repositioning at $10,000 to $35,000, and a full rebrand at $25,000 to $150,000 and up. The design is rarely the expensive part. Signage, vehicles, print and packaging usually cost more than redrawing the logo.

You can get a good logo: in Naples that is roughly what $650 to $1,850 buys. You cannot get a full brand system, because the hours are not there for discovery, multiple directions, guidelines and rollout. At Fiverr’s own $75 hourly rate for brand strategy, a $600 to $942 strategy package is eight to twelve and a half hours. Spend the money on one clean mark and revisit when the business can fund the thinking.

Usually yes, narrowly. The identity decisions are inputs to the website, so building the site first means either redoing it later or letting the site quietly decide your brand. In practice the two are often one project, which is why quotes that bundle them look so different from quotes that do not.
